Terveydenhuoltoa uudistetaan Suomessa.
Terveyskeskuksissa saa tulevaisuudessa enemmän erikoislääkärien palvelua.
Tulevaisuudessa terveyskeskukset lähettävät vähemmän ihmisiä sairaaloihin jatkohoitoon.
Tavoitteena on, että potilaiden ei tarvitse mennä paikasta toiseen.
Uudistusta perustellaan sillä, että hoito paranee.
Samalla uudistus säästää myös rahaa.

Ruotsissa on alkanut kansainvälinen Irak-kokous.
Kokouksen aiheita ovat esimerkiksi Irakin turvallisuus ja tulevaisuus.
Irakissa on ollut pitkään rauhatonta.
Kokoukseen osallistuu Tukholmassa noin 90 maata.
Myös Irakin pääministeri Nuri al-Maliki on kokouksessa mukana.
Irakin pääministeri on pyytänyt, että Irakin ei tarvitse maksaa naapurimailleen kaikkia velkoja takaisin.
Irakin pääministeri pyysi myös, että Irakin ei tarvitse maksaa enää korvauksia Saddam Husseinin sodista.
Esimerkiksi Yhdysvallat kannatti Irakin ehdotusta.
Irakin tilanne paranee nopeammin, jos se saa velat anteeksi.
